So Cai Cai and I took a road trip to do my taxes in Arizona and to help Grandma Fore because she was having a full knee surgery. It was my long four-day President's weekend, so I decided to drive. Caius' mommy was going to a training in Vegas, so I told her I'd take him along. What a trooper this little guy was! He rode in his car seat very well in two to three hour increments. We sang and talked and snacked, and he occasionally slept. When we got to Phoenix, we stayed with my niece Shannon and her husband and family. Cousins, Dylan and Stacy and Fia loved Cai Cai, and they played well together. Caius and Fia decided they like each other, since they were 11 months apart, and their big connection was food. Caius fed Fi some of what he ate, lovingly putting the pieces of food in her mouth when she screamed that she wanted more. Since he is also a foodie, I think they had that in common! We stayed until Monday morning, and then on the way home, I took him to the Dinosaurs at Cabazon, CA. He did lots of "RAWRRRING," and even called the Triceratops "Buddy," because Evin and he have one at Grandma's house in Tehachapi that they play with. We even shared his first chocolate malt in his Grandpa's memory with double straws!!! This little guy is a great big hero to his "GA GA," and he gives me loads of laughs and tons of fun!!!
